Volunteers Make It Happen.

September 2004: Paw Park volunteers relax and listen as Don Bobzien discusses the success of the park and upcoming plans.

The "call for help" went out and the volunteer crews showed up! Many thanks to the hardy and hearty volunteers who helped out on February 14th!

Liz Schultz and Nancy Nied (pictured below) take a much deserved break during the Valentine's Day work party.
Russell to the Rescue! On his first visit to the park, Russell (pictured above right) jumped a fence to chase and rescue this dog, aka escape artist, who swam over the buoys and was headed north. The dog was reunited with its owner and Russell earned a place in Paw Park history!
Rick Groshong and  Nick Hickens (pictured left) joined Liz Schultz, Nancy Nied, Don Bobzien and Gary Fletcher at the Paw Park work day.
A dog may be man's best friend but they are also pretty good at moving dirt around, so they are always a welcome addition to the Park Park work days. Gary Fletcher and several of this buddies are pictured to the right.

Several PAW OK volunteers spent time on Saturday, November 1st at the OKC Paw Park. Our thanks to everyone who helped out!
